How can I know the sizing of TIMBRE products?
You can simply view our product. The size chart along with its illustration will be provided on the same page for you.
How can I complete my payment?
You have to make your payment based on the instruction on “Payment Checkout” page or message sent to your email. You have to transfer the exact total amount of your order (INCLUDING THE UNIQUE CODE) to one of our bank account within 2 hours after the payment checkout

Do I need to confirm my payment?
If you order our product through this website, you just have to wait for our confirmation as long as you have already transferred the total amount of your order including the unique code.
If you order our product through LINE or Whatsapp or E-commerce, you have to send your payment proof to our LINE, Whatsapp, or Email with subject “Bank Account Holder’s Name – Bank – Order Number”. We will ship your order soon after the payment proof has been validated.
How much does the shipping cost?
Your shipping cost will be based on delivery method and the weight of the items. Total amount of your shipping cost will be provided on the payment page.
How can I track my order?

Why haven’t I received my order?

How can I change or cancel my order?
You can easily change your order by contacting us through our LINE, Whatsapp or Email provided below within 30 minutes after your payment proof has been validated. Unfortunately, we can’t accept any order cancellation so far.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We accept the return of damaged products. Contact us within 24 hours after it was received, and send it directly to us 24 hours after the exchange accepted. We are really sorry, we will send the new one within 24 hours after we received the damaged product. Besides circumstances above, we are sorry that we cannot accept returned and exchanged items.
